Ingredients (6-7 standard iceblock molds)
- 1x 400ml can of coconut cream
- 1 cup blueberries
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to the boil
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10minutes
- Remove from heat and allow to cool
- When cool pour into iceblock molds
- Put molds into the freezer for a few hours or overnight
